Return Policy
Antreina's does not do refunds, the earring are made to order. Antreina's only ships free for the original purchase over $45.00.

All major credit cards are accepted; including American Express. If you are not comfortable processing your payment online, you may contact us by Phone at 248-737-1655 or email: antreinas@aol.com to let us know and we will gladly process your order over the telephone.

Shipping
We provide Free ground shipping for orders over $45.00. At this time we are using United States Parcel Service.
Our orders are processed within 2-3 business days; your order should arrive to you within 5 to 7 business days, depending on our inventory, time of the year, and mail services.
If you receive an item during shipping that is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to let us know.
We would require a photo of the damages to be emailed to us.
The item must be returned and received by Antreina's before an exchange can be processed for the same design.
