Yes, you can order a post earring if you're not comfortable wearing clip-on earrings that don't hurt. Antreinas has carefully selected earring designs that will not weigh heavily on the earlobes as a post for Queens with pierced ears. Select an earring design you like and choose a backing of your liking.ย  If you do not see a post option available, there's a note section on the order form and your request can be noted there. But pay attention to the size, if you receive the post earring and it weighs on your earlobes, Antreina's does not convert back to clips. nor offers refunds. Remember, Antreina's earrings are handmade to order with love!
No, Antreina's designs are handmade to order.ย  We do not stock inventory. Please read our Store Policy.
Antreina's does not repair or offer design modification for other earring designs that are manufactured from other resources; however, if an earring needs repair within 90 days from the purchase date, please contact us.

  3. In the subject line put "Quote for repair".

Unfortunately, order processing typically begins once the purchase is submitted.ย  Please carefully select your items paying close attention to size and color before proceeding to checkout. We do not reserve products while in your Shopping Cart but will remain visible as long as the stock is available online. To secure the item, you must complete the checkout process.

If parts are not available from the manufacturer you will be notified and if there's a comparable jewelry finding we'll take a photo and send it to you for your approval.ย  After approval is confirmed, your order will be processed for completion.ย  If not approved, you'll receive a full refund.
