What Happens When I Place An Order?

Once your order is placed, processing will start by confirming inventory.  If there’s a discrepancy with the inventory, you’ll be contacted immediately upon processing your order.  We do not substitute. without approval. If parts are not available from the manufacturer you will be notified and if there’s a comparable jewelry finding we’ll take a photo and send it to you for your approval.  After approval is confirmed, your order will be processed for completion.  If not approved, you’ll receive a full refund.
